Production Process

All processes are "lean" designed as "one piece flow" to ensure the best quality.

Encapsulation

1. Automatic application of primer with a clear line is precise and stable.

2. Preparation – heating and activation on a temperature-controlled conveyor belt

3. Encapsulation – is carried out by the latest injection moulding technology.

4. Operation steps – encapsulation is followed by several operations, mostly by trimming and assembly.

5. In the final inspection the parts are controlled by an so-called “end-of-line tester”.

Hydrophobic Coating

1. Windows are washed in an automatic line.

2. Each window receives multiple coatings in an automatic, high-precision process

3. Final inspection and packaging

2. Coating

Soldering

1. The surface must first be polished by an automatic system or robot.

2. The contact is soldered on to the prepared surface by a semi-automatic or fully automatic system.
